Everything Boston University travel related can be found at the BU Travel Portal, www.bu.edu/travel. Features of the BU Travel Portal include:
- Easy Online Booking – Booking University related travel online is quick, easy and can be pre-paid. Travelers can now book flights, train, hotels, auto rentals, and even dinner reservations directly online through the BU Travel Portal. Boston University will pre-pay your airline tickets when an Internal Service Request is created in SAP. Booking online through the BU Travel Portal saves money too. There is no transaction fee for booking online
- BCD Travel Agency Contacts - To book Boston University travel via an agent, please call a BCD agent at (617) 353-1700, toll free at (866) 353-3238 or international collect at (847) 627-3171 (VIT Code: 3XSC). Please note that a BCD agent will not book an airline ticket on your behalf without a BU Diner’s Club credit card number, personal credit card number, or ISR number. The PCard is not an allowable payment method for travel arrangements.
