The Purchasing Services Team is available to assist faculty and staff with order fulfillment, purchasing system support and 3rd party purchasing services for research, education, operations and athletics. Goods and services may be purchased via:
Staff members process requisitions for all budget approved, account coded and quoted orders on a daily basis. Orders received in Purchasing Services by 11AM are typically placed by 5PM that day. Orders received by Purchasing Operations after 11AM are scheduled for ordering no later than 11AM next day. Purchasing Operations is committed to complete customer satisfaction for University staff, students, faculty and outside suppliers.
