2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Overview

To assess system, process and staff performance against customer expectations, Sourcing & Procurement released its first customer satisfaction survey in December 2012.

The survey was distributed to approximately 4,500 members of the BU community, excluding members of the Sourcing & Procurement department. Over 1,200 employees responded to the satisfaction survey for a response rate of 27%. Each survey response was reviewed and evaluated in order to identify Sourcing & Procurement’s current service delivery model against internal customer expectations.
