Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey
Boston University Sourcing & Procurement cordially invites you to participate in an online Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey (please follow the link that has been sent to your Boston University email account). You will be asked to review the BU Sourcing & Procurement Department’s overall performance as measured against your needs. You will also have a chance to win a brand new iPad as a thank you for answering our survey.
While your participation is optional, we strongly encourage you to participate and provide us with your valuable input. Your answers will be used to measure our current service levels and to identify areas for improvement. The collected survey data will be summarized and published in Sourcing News in January 2012.
The survey should take no more than fifteen (15) minutes to complete. You can leave and return to any part of the survey at any given time. Your answers will be final and cannot be changed once the survey is submitted. Please complete and submit your survey by Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 5:00PM.
One survey respondent will be selected at random to receive an iPad. The winning name will be published on the Sourcing & Procurement website at 6:00PM on December 22, 2011. Only survey respondents who submit a complete survey with their name and phone number are eligible to win.
