SAP SRM – How to Create a Personalization for Account Assignment

This walk-through will show shoppers how to:
  • Create a Personalization for Account Assignment
About:
  • Account Assignments could be either an Asset, Cost Center, Order, or WBS Element number
    • This walkthrough example will show a Cost Center number
  • Creating a Personalization for Account Assignment will set a default Asset, Cost Center, Order, or WBS Element number for all lines in a created shopping cart if activated

  1. In the Procurement tab, click on Personalization

  3. When you arrive here, click on the Attribute drop-down menu and select Cost Center
  4. Click the Edit button

  6. Select PERCLNT500* from the Logical system drop-down menu
  7. Click the Add-Line button

  9. Click the radio button in the Standard field.

  11. Once you get a prompt confirming your information is valid, click the Save button
