SAP SRM – How to Create a Personalization – Delivery Address
This walk-through will show shoppers how to:
- Create a Personalization for Delivery Address
Keep in Mind:
- A recommended pre-requisite for this walkthrough is the “How to Assign Delivery Address” walkthrough
- This walkthrough assumes your location is mapped into SAP SRM. If it is not, contact ITHELP@BU.EDU
- Creating a Personalization for Delivery Address will set a default shipping address for all lines in a created shopping cart if activated
- House Number and Street Name (example – 72 East Concord Street)
- Zip Code (example – 02118)
- City (example – Boston)
- State (example – MA)
- Creating a Personalization for Delivery Address will not set a default values for the following fields:
- C/O (example – “Sourcing Department – Justin Wan”
- Room/Floor (example – Floor: 2 Room: 222)
- When you arrive at the Delivery Address/Performance Location tab, click on the pop-out search button next to the Name field

- In the Street field, use a wildcard search for the an address
- Click the Start Search button

- For your reference, searches can also be done individually by house number or street name

- Once you find your address information, highlight the entry by clicking the grey square
- Click on the Ok button

- Grab a Pen and write down the number is the Address Number field

- In the Procurement tab, click on Personalization

- When you arrive here, click on the Attribute drop-down menu and select Delivery Address
- Click the Edit button

- Click the Add Line button
- Click the radio button in the Standard field.

- Remember that number you wrote down? Type it into the Value field
- Click the Save button

- For this example, the end result will look like this:
