Office Depot Smart Carts
In an effort to better serve Boston University, Office Depot has added an online smart cart enhancement tool to the Office Depot/BU website. Upon selecting certain items through the Office Depot website, shoppers may come across a pop up message that offers an easy to read, side by side comparison of the requested item with product alternatives that are also available. Shoppers will see the following pop up options.
- Best Value Alternative
- A blue banner pop up will notify shoppers if there is an option to select a comparable private label item at a lower price point.
- Green Alternative
- A green banner pop up will notify shoppers if there is an option to select a more environmentally sustainable product.
