Steve is the Research Sales Representative dedicated to supporting Boston University Charles River and Medical School campuses. Previously Steve served as the customer service representative for Boston University and is well versed in the products and purchasing process. His experience and dedication to customers is an asset to key principal investigators, lab managers, and procurement staff. Steve is on campus three to four days per week and makes himself available for meetings and sales calls.

Lisa Dzurenda, Fisher Scientific Life Science Application Specialist, provides expertise in the life science area at Boston University as well as several other academic, pharmaceutical, and biotech accounts in Boston and Cambridge. In addition to having her MS in Genetics and Developmental Biology, Lisa has over 10 years experience in the molecular biology field and has previously worked in both academia (Yale University School of Medicine) and large pharmaceutical companies (Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research). Lisa regularly visits the BU campus and provides technical support and information on current and new life science products from such companies as Millipore, Pierce, Hyclone, Promega, Biotek, and GE Healthcare, as well as several others.

Mark graduated from UMass, Amherst with a degree in Fisheries Biology. After a brief stint in research and purchasing, he found his way into laboratory supply sales in 1985 with Fisher Scientific where he spent 11 years in several roles including Safety Specialist in two different sales territories. After Fisher, Mark held several sales and management positions over the next 13 years: 2 years with Gelman Filtration (now Pall), 1 year with Nalge Nunc and most recently 10 years with another distributor where he spent time as a Sr Sales Rep, Major Account Manager and Sales Manager. With 24 years in sales under his belt, Mark recently joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as the New England Area Manager for the Global Chemicals Division.

Kristin Ford, Sales Representative, Fisher Safety has been supporting accounts in the Science arena within the Boston area for over 12 years. She joined Fisher Scientific in 1999 and later Fisher Safety in 2007 in her current role. Kristin currently supports Laboratory Safety Personnel, Laboratory Animal Sciences, Controlled Environments, EH&S, and Facilities and Maintenance Personnel throughout the Boston/Cambridge Life Science Arena. Kristin holds a BS in Business Administration, a CSS in Business Administration/Human Resource Management, and an MS in Business.
