GE Healthcare / Amersham to Discontinue Radioactive Products

At the end of 2009 GE Healthcare will be exiting the radiochemical business. Researchers who have a history of results with Amersham 14C and 3H products should consider ordering in the near future in order to ensure consistency and avoid the expense of custom preparations. GE has stated that they will maintain a high level of availability through the end of the year but it is expected that availability will be increasing spotty as year end approaches.
