The 2006 SCOR Survey is a survey of all the physician-members of the SCOR Network designed to: 1) evaluate office practices relative to the diagnosis and management of acute otitis media and secular trends in such practices since the 2004 SCOR survey; and 2) to assess primary-care physicians' practices and opinions regarding screening children for type 2 diabetes mellitus.
