Stress Buddy Workshop

Everybody deals with stress at one time or another.
Why not learn effective ways to manage stress?

In the Stress Buddy program, Student Health Ambassadors help their peers recognize and avoid triggers of stress by teaching them stress management strategies. The 45-minute program also includes:

  • An interactive discussion on the types of student stress and tips for handing it
  • The physiology of stress and how it can directly and indirectly impact students’ lives
  • Exercises students can use to better manage their stress
