Meet Our Staff
Barbara Lewis, MD
I have an undergraduate degree in Piano from the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago. After living in New York City for a number of years, I went to Case Western Reserve University to complete my Medical Degree. I did my residency at Yale University, working for two years in the student mental health service, before coming to Boston and completing a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Cambridge Hospital. Before coming to Boston University this fall, I was the psychiatrist at Wellesley College for twelve years and maintained a private practice in Cambridge as well. I am really excited to work in such a diverse community here at BU! I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music and you might see me around the pool at BU.
