Meet Our Staff
Ellen Katz, NP
I came with my husband to the US in 1989 from Belarus, former Soviet Union. Since then I have been working in a nursing field, as a nurse for over 10 years, including 1 year working in Israel, and then as a nurse practitioner. I graduated from University of Massachusetts, Boston with a Masters Degree in Science and have been working as a Nurse Practitioner since 2003. My experience is in family health, specializing in young adult. I am happy to be here at BU Student Health Services. I enjoy music and playing the piano. I have studied music in my childhood and attended Music College in Belarus before moving to the US. I have 4 boys, who are very active in sports, and so I have learned to enjoy biking, swimming, playing soccer, and camping.
