Meet Our Staff
Khelda Jabbar, MD

I am a Clinical Instructor at the Department of Family Medicine and Occupational and Environmental Medicine. In addition to my Family Medicine training, I recently completed a fellowship in Women’s Health and a Preventive Medicine residency at Boston Medical Center. My Masters in Pubic Health from Boston University focuses on International Health. I am a consultant to the Global Health Primary Care Initiative, promoting Primary Care in developing countries through certificate course training both domestically and overseas. I have an interest in Domestic Violence awareness, which led me to develop a concise curriculum on Emergency Preparedness for Domestic Violence Shelters in Boston. My research interests are mental health and post-traumatic stress disorder in immigrants.
