Student Health Services is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all health information about patients in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws. We will obtain your consent to disclose your health information as required by law.

Student Health Services is also committed to providing excellent, well-coordinated care to all patients. We plan to share information and consult with health care providers who are directly involved in your care, as appropriate. We also encourage you to involve family and friends in your care to provide support and help as needed.
