Fall 2007 Immunization Clinic
Massachusetts state law REQUIRES that students are immunized against the following:
| Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) | Cost: $65 |
| Hepatitis B | Cost: $75 |
| Meningitis | Cost: $125 |
| Tetanus/Diphtheria | Cost: $75 |
| Influenza | Cost: $30 |
Student Health Services will be offering Immunization clinics on the following dates:
- FLU Clinic ONLY
November 6, 2007 - 11am to 5:30pm
Location: FitRec Center (Enter via Buick Street)
Payment Options:
- Student Account | Cash | Credit Card
Also, Please note you are required to provide proof of the following:
- Two measles vaccines, one mumps vaccine, one rubella vaccine
OR
Two MMR vaccines

PLUS - Three hepatitis B Vaccines
- One tetanus and diphtheria vaccine (within the last 10 years)
- One meningitis vaccine (if you are an incoming student living on campus)
