Physical Exams

Starting in fall 2007, Student Health Services will offer routine physical exams to students Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am-11:00am and 2:00pm-4:00pm.. Male and female students with the Student Health Insurance Plan (Chickering) will receive these exams free of charge, as they are covered by the plan. Students under age 40 are entitled to one routine physical exam (non-gynecological) during their time of study at Boston University; after age 40, annual exams are covered under the plan. Students not covered by Chickering Insurance may have a routine physical exam for a charge of $50. Additional laboratory tests are generally covered by the Chickering plan; charges for laboratory tests will be billed directly to students with other forms of insurance. Feel free to download and complete our physical form prior to your visit to save time.
