Nutrition Services
Student Health Services collaborates with the Nutrition & Fitness Center (NFC) at Sargent College to provide nutrition services to Boston University students.
Nutrition counseling is available for a variety of concerns, including:
- Weight Management
- Disordered Eating Practices
- Diabetes Mellitus or Impaired Glucose Tolerance
- Celiac Disease
- Gastrointestinal Disorders, including Irritable Bowel Disease
- Food Allergies and Intolerances
- Iron-Deficiency Anemia
- Vegetarian or Vegan Meal Planning
- Healthy Meal Planning
- Nutrition for Exercise and Athletic Performance
To access nutrition services on campus:
- Call the NFC at 617-353-2721 to schedule an individual counseling appointment.
- Visit the NFC website for a schedule of group nutrition sessions.
- Register for a PE credit nutrition course, as posted on the Fitness and Recreation Center website.
- Visit the Sargent Choice healthy dining program website.
