Nutrition Services

Student Health Services collaborates with the Nutrition & Fitness Center (NFC) at Sargent College to provide nutrition services to Boston University students.

Nutrition counseling is available for a variety of concerns, including:

  • Weight Management
  • Disordered Eating Practices
  • Diabetes Mellitus or Impaired Glucose Tolerance
  • Celiac Disease
  • Gastrointestinal Disorders, including Irritable Bowel Disease
  • Food Allergies and Intolerances
  • Iron-Deficiency Anemia
  • Vegetarian or Vegan Meal Planning
  • Healthy Meal Planning
  • Nutrition for Exercise and Athletic Performance

To access nutrition services on campus:

  • Call the NFC at 617-353-2721 to schedule an individual counseling appointment.
  • Visit the NFC website for a schedule of group nutrition sessions.
  • Register for a PE credit nutrition course, as posted on the Fitness and Recreation Center website.
  • Visit the Sargent Choice healthy dining program website.
