There are no appointments. Simply show up with your Student ID. Lines move fast at our flu clinics. 1) If you have Boston University’s AETNA Student Health Insurance the shot is FREE. If you have your own private insurance SHS will present you with a receipt and charge $30 to your student account. You can use this receipt to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. SHS cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed, however most insurance companies do cover Flu Shots. 2) This email is going out to all students of Boston University regardless if you’ve already gotten the flu shot or not. Sorry for the inconvenience. 3) SHS will be sending out numerous reminder emails in October. We apologize, but we’ve yet to find a better way to reach this large population.
