Behavorial Medicine Groups
All BU students are welcome to attend groups. Please call Behavioral Medicine, 617-353-3569, if you are interested in more information about any of the groups being offered. Days and times will be determined early in the fall semester. Most groups will meet at Student Health, 881 Commonwealth Avenue, or at The Women’s Center at the George Sherman Union. Please also see description of Workshops, to be offered weekly by Behavioral Medicine.
Bipolar Support Group
If you have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, you are not alone at BU. There are many students with bipolar disorder on campus, and many shared concerns and problems. What medication works best? What do you do when you have to stay up all night to study? How to get your medications when you will be out of the country? What to say to your parents when they hover and worry and want to know you are OK? This group will be a place for students to share ideas and experiences. It has been an invaluable resource for students in the past.
