The expert staff of Athletic Training Services, comprising both licensed athletic trainers and sports medicine physicians, serves approximately 1,100 student-athletes from 24 varsity teams, 34 club sports, and ROTC. We provide prevention, evaluation & diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of acute and chronic injuries, illnesses, and medical conditions for our patients. We also emphasize prevention and the development of skills for lifelong health and well-being.

Athletic training is recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA), Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as an allied healthcare profession.
