Alysia Green, MD, CAQSM
Dr. Green was born and raised in Michigan and is a proud alumnae of The University of Michigan where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She went on to attend Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit, MI where she received her Doctor of Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Case University-University Hospitals of Cleveland. Following residency she went on to do a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Michigan State University. Alysia joined the Department of Family Medicine at Boston Medical Center in 2007. She is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine and is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and sports medicine faculty at Boston University. She participates in fellowship teaching and recruitment, as well as resident and medical student training in both primary care and sports medicine. She is the director of the 4th year medical student primary care sports medicine elective. She is also the team physician at Emerson College and serves on the medical staff of USA Gymnastics.
