Deferring Work-Study

Students awarded Work-Study for the full academic year may opt not to use the award until spring semester. To defer your work-study until spring, submit a Work-Study Deferral Request Form to the Student Employmen Office by the third Friday in October.

Failure to submit a deferral form by the deadline will result in the cancellation of your Work-Study award.

Please note: If you defer Work-Study, your award will be decreased to half of the initial amount.
