School of Education Technology Support

Currently, Desktop Services is staffing the SED IT office in Room 419 on a rotating basis, while IST is seeking a full time staff member. For the best response times and continuity of service, please use the methods below:

Web Form: You may submit a ticket via a web form located at This form sends tickets directly to the IT Help Center’s Desktop Services team and will quickly reach the desktop support staff most familiar with SED.

Contact the Service Desk: You may also choose to leverage the IT Help Center’s Service Desk, which is open 7 days a week, with extended hours. Not only can the Service Desk provide level 1 desktop support, but it can continue to assist you with other support issues such as account questions and Blackboard requests. The Service Desk will pass tickets to the Desktop Services team when needed. The Service Desk has additional ways it can be reached that are monitored anytime the Service Desk is open:
