Summer Literacy Institute

Are you a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, or administrator who would like to update your understanding of policy and practices that help students to reach their full potential as readers and writers?

Join us for a one-week Seminar in Literacy Intervention. The 2009 Summer Literacy Institute, Supporting Struggling Readers and Writers: Response to Intervention (RTI) And Other Good Ideas will feature Boston University faculty and other national experts in literacy. The daily schedule will address research and theory related to literacy intervention generally and Response to Intervention (RTI) specifically. Participants will have ample time to question, discuss, and apply the evidence to the instructional settings in which they teach.
