"The specialization in coaching graduate program at Boston University has been one of the most satisfying experiences I have ever had in regards to professional development. I found the classes to be both practical and educational. John McCarthy and the other professors are doing some ground breaking work in the field of coaching. They are looking outside of the professional model of coaching and exploring various other visions of what it means to be an effective coach in today's society. The program has truly expanded and deepened my appreciation in regards to the positive potential of being a coach."
