The SED Alumni Board's purpose is to involve alumni with their alma mater and to enhance students' experiences while at SED. Board Members recruit alumni via the Class Agent Program, alumni events, and Reunion activities. The Board sponsors such student events as career networking nights, the Junior Pinning Ceremony, and the Senior Robing Ceremony.

Board member responsibilities include:

Attending scheduled meetings
Becoming an active member of a task force/committee
Attending SED events and Reunion activities
Helping to plan, coordinate, and host alumni and students events
Participating in the Board's commitment to 100% Board giving to the SED Fund
