Dr. Amy Baltzell recently spoke with alumni during Mindfulness and Performance, a webinar which delves into the topics of meditation and personal awareness. She discusses the enormous benefit of meditation and setting aside time for reflection. Her hour-long session below explores the concept of mindfulness as well as its short- and long-term impact on educators who must balance so much throughout the day. Dr. Baltzell also offers meditation tips and advice, and how to practice being mindful effectively.
