Ends: 9:00 pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2014
Location: George Sherman Union, Second Floor

Deaf Deaf World (DDW) is an opportunity for ASL, Deaf Studies, and Deaf Education students to experience and appreciate Deaf Culture and learn about the Deaf world. DDW aims to help students create a more complete vision of ASL fluency and Deaf adults. At DDW, students will be able to engage in conversations with members of the Deaf community, interact with vendors, and practice their signing. This two-hour event will allow students to network within the Deaf community and meet others with shared interests. Join us for faculty presentations, ASL Poetry, Storytelling, ASL Chants, and much more!

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students at the School of Education benefit from the community feel of a small school along with the resources of a large university. Our students are in the field in both urban and suburban schools as early as their first year at SED.

Graduate Students

Talented graduate students from around the world prepare to become teachers, counselors, administrators, and more in as little as one year at the School of Education. Our students engage in diverse aspects of education both in the classroom and the field.
