Vanessa Akhtar, a current advanced doctoral student in Sport Psychology, will be coming to give instruction in deep breathing and other stress relief exercises. At 7:30PM, the Student Health Ambassadors will be coming to host a Stress Buddy Workshop to discuss the various aspects of stress and additional manners of coping with it. Open to all students (undergraduate and graduate) as well as faculty and staff.
