Submit an Opinion Piece to @SED



We invite you to submit an opinion piece to be reviewed for publication in @SED.  A review committee will select one entry to appear in each publication and we will post others on our website, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Articles must be between 500 and 750 words, on any topic related to education. By submitting an article for consideration, you are granting the Boston University School of Education the right to reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and otherwise use the article or any portion thereof, and to identify you in connection therewith, for University-related and other educational purposes. @SED publishes in the Summer and Winter of each year. Authors of selected articles will be contacted via email.

The submission deadline for the Summer 2012 issue is now closed. All submissions recieved after 5 p.m. on February 15, 2012 will be considered for the Winter 2012 issue.

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students at the School of Education benefit from the community feel of a small school along with the resources of a large university. Our students are in the field in both urban and suburban schools as early as their first year at SED.

Graduate Students

Talented graduate students from around the world prepare to become teachers, counselors, administrators, and more in as little as one year at the School of Education. Our students engage in diverse aspects of education both in the classroom and the field.
