Professor Harris Receives The Confucius Classroom of the Year Award

Professor Roger Harris will receive The Confucius Classroom of The Year Award on Saturday, December 7th, 2013. Harris will travel to Beijing, China to receive the award.

The prestigious international honor is given annually by the Chinese government to only five recipients world-wide. Boston Renaissance Charter School, of which Harris is the Superintendent and CEO, “was selected for its strong leadership, an outstanding track record of developing its Chinese language and culture program, a demonstrated commitment to international exchange and collaboration, and a global vision for the future for its students and community.”
