White Consults on Crafting New Civics Curriculum for Mongolia

Professor Charles White will travel to Ulaanbaatar at the end of September to assist in the design of a new civics curriculum for Mongolia. A new democratic government was just formed, including a new minister of education who strongly supports democracy education.  They have acquired funding from the United Nations Development Programme to establish a working group to develop a civics curriculum for all grades (1-12). Professor White was asked to spend a week as a consultant and workshop leader for the group.

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students at the School of Education benefit from the community feel of a small school along with the resources of a large university. Our students are in the field in both urban and suburban schools as early as their first year at SED.

Graduate Students

Talented graduate students from around the world prepare to become teachers, counselors, administrators, and more in as little as one year at the School of Education. Our students engage in diverse aspects of education both in the classroom and the field.
