Welcome to Research Central sponsored by the GSA. The object of these pages include:

  • providing a location for our members to post survey links and recruit participants for their research,
  • sharing of information on research (funding, resources, etc.),

For this site to work, it is a two way street—do not expect to get respondents if you do not respond to other members’ requests.

We encourage you to become familiar with this page and to continue to participate after you graduate.

Graduate Research and Scholarship Award (GRASA)

The Graduate Research and Scholarship Award is a competitive award given to students to support research and travel to present at scholarly meetings. Students in the Masters and Doctoral degree programs are eligible to apply if they are in good academic standing.

The deadline for Fall graduate student research and travel to present at a national/international conference is due October 15.  The application and more information can be found at: .  Eligible applicants are those that have made a presentation or begun research since July 1, 2013 or have a conference application or research study that will occur between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014.  There will also be a Spring application.

Research Participation

There are also two options for research participation:

  1. Participate in current research,
  2. Submit a request for participation form.
