"Digital Stories Targeting Social Skills for Children with Disabilities: Multidimensional Learning"

Free Interprofessional Workshop event: We invite students, faculty, and staff to listen to Dr. Cori More, an expert on this topic, speak virtually on incorporating children’s literature and technology. Local children's book author, Carol Gordon Ekster, will also lead a follow up discussion. The remainder of the workshop will include hands-on rotating stations to create digital stories for children's books that facilitate the development of social skills for children with disabilities. This event will be supported in part by Boston University Sargent College as well as the Boston University Arts Initiative, which gives Boston University students the opportunity to engage in a vast range of artistic experiences on campus.
