We offer technical support to faculty and staff in a variety of different areas.

Our list of support services include:

  • Provide support for faculty and staff experiencing technical problems related to supported software, hardware, and Sargent's network. Please email sar-help@bu.edu with all requests and inquiries.
  • Make computer and other hardware purchasing recommendations.
  • Handle the installation of new computer equipment.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of CourseInfo sites.
  • Help with Sargent website questions.
