Loan refunds are available on or after the first day of each semester.  Note that you are eligible for a refund of the credit balance in your student account after tuition and fees have been paid. Refunds are available for deposit directly into your bank account by completing the online Request available on the Student Link.

To Request a Refund

Visit the Student Link > Money Matters > Student Account Inquiry > Request a Refund. Click on the link and follow the instructions. The refund will be deposited directly into your bank account.

If you prefer to go to the Student Accounting Services office and pick up your check, you must first visit the Graduate Financial Aid office (Sargent room 217) to obtain a credit voucher.
