Refunds

A student can request the balance on their student account once the tuition and fees for the semester has been paid, but not before the first day of classes or their clinical affiliation/internship. Refund request forms are available in the Academic Services Center (Room 207 at Sargent College) and the Graduate Financial Aid office (Room 217 at Sargent College).

Please allow 7-11 business days to process your refund. Return the completed form to the Graduate Financial Aid office or the SASS office to begin the process.
