Six-year Accelerated Combined Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Doctor of Physical Therapy
This unique program takes advantage of the overlap between the athletic training and physical therapy professions and gives motivated students the opportunity to acquire a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in six years rather than the usual seven.
Students enter into the program as freshmen and follow a specific course of study, which includes early participation in supervised clinical experience and real patient care in Boston University's varsity or club sports athletic training rooms or at one of over 15 affiliated sites in the Boston area.
