Degree Requirements
The minimum requirements to enter the junior year are 66 credits, a minimum GPA of 2.3*, and successful completion of the required courses specified in the freshman and sophomore curricula.
The minimum requirements to enter the senior year are 98 credits in the nutritional science option and 100 credits in the dietetics option. To enter the senior year all students must have a minimum GPA of 2.3* and have completed all required junior year courses.
To graduate all students must have 128 credits, have completed all required courses and have a minimum GPA of 2.3*.
- A course will not be accepted for external transfer if the grade is lower than a C. (A grade of C- is not acceptable.)
- The GPA must represent a record that contains no more than 12 credits of D grades. A student may repeat a course only once to meet the requirement.
*Beginning with the freshman class in Fall '07, the GPA required to enter the junior year, senior year and to graduate is 2.5.
