Clinical Associate Professor of Health Sciences; Director, Programs in Human Physiology, Exercise Science, and Applied Anatomy and Physiology

BS, Oklahoma State University; PhD, Northwestern University; MLS, Simmons College. Dr. Schotland is a neurophysiologist interested in the spinal coordination of movements. She teaches courses in human anatomy, neuroanatomy, neurophysiology and healthcare information systems. Dr. Schotland is the recipient of the Whitney Powers Excellence in Teaching Award from Boston University. Dr. Schotland is a member of the Society for Neuroscience and Sigma Xi.
