BA, Albion College; MS, PhD, University of Michigan. Research in Dr. Kandarian's lab is primarily focused on understanding the cellular and molecular regulation of skeletal muscle atrophy. Previous or ongoing work in this and related areas have been funded by the National Institutes of Health, the American Heart Association, and NASA.
