Account Statements. These should be done monthly (at least), so you can keep track of charges to your account and check for any mistakes or discrepancies.
- Advise student organizations regarding the proper procedures for conducting a raffle.
- Help clarify any questions about your account. This may mean a separate appointment.
- Answer business policy questions and follow up with vendors on problem invoices, etc.
- Inquire after film rights, cost and availability. We order films and return them to the distributor.
- Provide an unlocked cash box for door sales, in addition to a secure cash collection bag.
- Sell tickets for groups at the SABO window. We accept cash, Mastercard(C), VISA(C), Discover(C), and Terrier Card ID.
- Provide use of the numbering machine for tickets and raffle tickets.
- Provide general admission tickets for door sales, receipt books for dues collection, and double sided tickets for giveaways.
