Welcome to the Student Organization Space Reservation Request page. Please use the form below to tell us about your proposed event and what kind of on-campus room or facility you require.

With nearly 500 student groups on campus, we try our best to accommodate everyone’s needs, but often cannot due to high demand of available facilities. The Student Activities Office will review your request and you will receive a response within one business day. Please note that our office is closed on weekends starting at 6pm on Friday until we re-open Monday at 9am.
