The following is a guide for requesting facilities to serve your needs. The University's continuously expanding programs require that periodic scheduling changes be made. Before making any commitment for a facility, please check
with the Reservations Office to determine its restrictions or limitations. Whenever possible, choose a facility that is accessible to the handicapped. If you know in advance that handicapped people will attend your program, please
make a note of it on your paperwork for ease in their arrival and notice if specific actions need to be taken.
