The following is a guide for requesting facilities to serve your needs. The University's continuously expanding programs require that periodic scheduling changes be made. Before making any commitment for a facility, please check with the Reservations Office to determine its restrictions or limitations. Whenever possible, choose a facility that is accessible to the handicapped. If you know in advance that handicapped people will attend your program, please make a note of it on your paperwork for ease in their arrival and notice if specific actions need to be taken.

Reserving space on campus is a benefit of being a registered student organization.  When your organization is granted space on campus it is to be used solely for the purposes of your organization.  You are not permitted to give your reservation to another registered or non-registered organization without the permission of the reservations office.  If we find this to have occurred your group could be fined and or lose your student group status.

• Please note that a letter to the Director of the George Sherman Union is required for any special requests.
