Célia Bianconi granted an NSA grant
Congratulations to Célia Bianconi, who was just awarded a grant by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the National Foreign Language Center (NFLC), for her proposal, “STARTALK Portuguese Teacher Training,” which has been selected for funding as part of the STARTALK 2017 program.
