Upon completion in June of 2012, the new $33 million Medical Student Residence at 815 Albany Street will be a state-of-the-art, nine-story graduate student residence on the Boston University Medical Campus built primarily to serve the needs of first year medical students. The property will contain 104, two-bedroom suites for 208 medical students. Each suite will contain a full bath, kitchenette and common living area. Designed and constructed with appointments that reflect the unique living needs of medical students, all bedrooms and kitchens will include new furnishings, new appliances and high speed tel-data capability.

Suites will be available for a minimum of a one year period and may be shared by two individuals.

Residents may also enjoy the use of a student lounge area on the ground floor and adjacent  kitchen as well as a fitness room with cardio equipment on the property.
