    • When trying to register for a Training account, if you receive an error that “Your account lacks the appropriate level of authorization required for access to this application. Please call Link Support at 617-353-LINK to report this problem”, you must call Link Support to fix this issue. Unfortunately, the contact form will not help solve that specific issue.
  2. “Your online laboratory safety training is not shown on your training profile.”

    • It takes around 24 hours for your laboratory safety trainings to be recognized on your training profile.
