Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP)
A University-wide academic program UROP promotes participation by Boston University undergraduates in faculty-mentored research, across all disciplines and throughout the calendar year. Boston University faculty members can submit undergraduate research opportunity listings to UROP year-round. UROP posts these opportunities along with faculty research interests on the internet, and helps students to apply for funding, and disseminate their research findings.

Students will also find this site useful in their search for research expertise and opportunities. You can search by research topic, investigator, funding agency (federal, foundation, corporate, etc), equipment and/or technique. You can also search for individuals who do not necessarily have funded research projects but who have self-identified an interest in a particular topic.
