Faculty and student researchers at Boston University can look to a number of sources, both internal and external, for support of outstanding research endeavors.
Faculty
The Office of the Provost has established special funds to support innovative research projects during early development, as well as those projects with commercial potential.
Graduate
Boston University provides eligible graduate students with merit and need-based assistance through various fellowships, assistantships, and scholarships.
Undergraduate
The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program matches interested
students with faculty engaged in research in a wide range of
disciplines. Funding is available for many of the opportunities
offered, either through the University or from outside sources. Summer
opportunities are also available.
